Before cleanup, many channels have keyed values that do not change over time. 
After Delete Static Channels, only needed animation curves remain.
Delete Static Channels
Remove animation curves that are not needed because their values do not change over time.
When animating, and using the “Set-Key” command, it is often normal to get many animations that do not change value over time.
Delete Static Channels will remove all animation-curves that are not needed.
After Delete Static Channels
The remaining channels keep the animated values while static channels are removed.
Tip: This cleanup is useful after keying controls where some channels received keys but never changed value.
