At Animation Studios, we offer the AdvancedSkeleton software through one-time purchase licenses and Annual Subscription licenses, with license information delivered via email. Below are our policies for refunds, delivery, returns, and cancellations. Please review them carefully before purchasing.
1. Refund Policy
We aim to provide a seamless experience with AdvancedSkeleton. Please note the following regarding refunds:
- No Refunds: All sales of AdvancedSkeleton licenses, including one-time purchases and Annual Subscriptions, are final and non-refundable. This applies to the full subscription period, and no partial refunds are offered for unused portions. This policy is clearly disclosed before purchase, and by completing your purchase, you agree to it.
- Defective License Information: If the license information you receive is incorrect or prevents legal use of the software, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide corrected information at no cost or, if a correction is not possible, issue a refund in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.
- Process: To report an issue with your license information, email us at [support@animationstudios.com.au] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
2. Delivery Policy
AdvancedSkeleton licenses are delivered electronically via email. Here’s how delivery works:
- Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, license information granting legal use of AdvancedSkeleton (for one-time purchases or Annual Subscriptions) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Delivery Time: License information is typically delivered within 1–2 hours of purchase confirmation. In rare cases (e.g., payment verification delays), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
- Eligible Destinations: As a digital product, AdvancedSkeleton licenses are available to customers worldwide, with no geographic restrictions.
- Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your license information within 24 hours, check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at [support@animationstudios.com.au] with your order details.
3. Return Policy
As AdvancedSkeleton is a digital software product, traditional returns are not applicable. We address issues with license information as follows:
- Non-Returnable: License information, once delivered, cannot be returned due to the digital nature of the product.
- Defective License Information: If the license information is incorrect or prevents legal use of the software, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@animationstudios.com.au]. We will provide corrected information or resolve the issue promptly.
- Verification: To process a correction, we may require proof of purchase or details about the issue.
4. Cancellation Policy
We offer flexibility for our Annual Subscription license, while one-time purchases have limited cancellation options:
- Annual Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time by emailing [support@animationstudios.com.au]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle, preventing auto-renewal for the next year. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining portion of the active subscription period.
- One-Time Purchase Cancellation: One-time license purchases may be canceled before the license information is delivered by contacting [support@animationstudios.com.au] within 1 hour of purchase. Once the license information is emailed, the purchase is final and cannot be canceled.
